Job summary
Stantec invites applications for its 2027 Autumn Graduate Programme in Cambridge as a Graduate Transport Planner. You will join a market-leading Community Development discipline and develop transport planning expertise within a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with professionals and graduates on a diverse portfolio of UK projects.
You’ll gain exposure from concept through delivery, with training, mentoring, and a clear career progression plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Transport, Engineering, Maths, Economics or Physics.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
- Support the development of transport strategies for a range of development projects.
- Analyse transport and traffic data to inform planning and design decisions.
- Contribute to technical reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Support project delivery across a variety of schemes, from community developments to major new settlements and enterprise zones.
