The role involves helping students manage their behavior, providing one-on-one guidance, and creating a calm environment for learning. Qualifications

• Experience in schools, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, or care.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during challenging situations.
• Skills in diffusing tensions effectively before they escalate.
• Confidence in following behavior plans and instructions.
• Commitment to giving young people a fair chance.

Responsibilities

• Support behavior plans and collaborate with teachers.
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group sessions for skill-building.
• Assist students in positive reintegration after disruptions.
• De-escalate situations and build trust with students.
• Act as a reliable adult and support student well-being.
