Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing exam rooms and materials prior to examinations.
• Distribute and collect exam papers securely and efficiently.
• Ensure candidates are seated and identified correctly.
• Provide clear instructions and manage exam conditions effectively.
• Record and report any incidents, irregularities, or disruptions.
• Support students in accessing arrangements where required (training provided).
• Maintain confidentiality and security at all times.
