  • Distribute, collect and account for examination papers and materials.
  • Maintain vigilance and respond to irregularities.
  • Complete documentation including attendance registers and incident reports.
  • Promote behaviour and ensure compliance with examination rules.
  • Monitor wellbeing and report safeguarding concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during examinations, maintaining a calm and orderly examination environment.
  • Ensure examination instructions and procedures are followed accurately.
  • Prepare examination rooms, including seating plans, materials and equipment.
  • Distribute, collect and account for examination papers and materials.
  • Maintain active vigilance throughout examinations and respond appropriately to any irregularities.
  • Complete required documentation accurately, including attendance registers and incident reports.
  • Promote appropriate behaviour and ensure students comply with examination rules and expectations.
  • Monitor student wellbeing and report any safeguarding concerns in line with procedures.

We are looking to appoint reliable and conscientious Exam Invigilators to support the effective delivery of examinations at Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge., You will communicate clearly and appropriately with students and colleagues and be able to follow instructions and examination procedures accurately.
