Ethos Education Ltd is recruiting for a Northolt school seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who struggle with regulating emotions and behaviour. You’ll build positive relationships, set clear boundaries and help pupils develop strategies to stay engaged.

You will provide 1:1 behaviour support, work with small groups and collaborate with teachers and the pastoral/SEND team to encourage positive behaviour and improved engagement with lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting challenging behaviour, SEMH, SEND or vulnerable young people.
• Calm, patient and confident role model with clear boundaries.
• Experience in education, youth work, mentoring or coaching preferred.
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check as part of safeguarding procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 behaviour support.
• Support small groups and help pupils re-engage with lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral/SEND team to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Help pupils develop strategies to regulate emotions and manage challenging moments.
