Allied Vehicles are seeking a Call Handler to join our Sales Admin team in Glasgow, Scotland. You will handle calls, respond to emails, and support vehicle deliveries, contributing to excellent customer service for Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Call Handler to join our Sales Admin department. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focused individual to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll play a key role handling all calls coming in and out from the sales admin department, providing an excellent service to all Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and the salary is £26,717 per annum + bonus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.
• Respond to emails and call backs from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers.
• Process vehicle deliveries.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
