Job summary

Trescal Limited is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join our team across the UK. The role involves calibrating a range of measuring instruments and repair facilities in line with ISO/UKAS procedures, and maintaining traceable records using EMS systems.

The position offers flexible working options, a competitive salary, and opportunities for continuous development and training across multiple Trescal sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Ideally a technical qualification such as HND, HNC, NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or above.
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Good understanding of calibration practices and theories.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate measuring instrumentation and repair facilities to ISO9001/UKAS standards.
• Maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable, auditable manner using EMS systems.
• Be ready to work at Trescal sites across the UK.

About the Role

Joining our team as a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for calibrating a variety of measuring instrumentation and repair facilities to both ISO9001 and UKAS accredited in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS regulations and recognised specifications. A successful candidate will be expected to independently maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing EMS management systems.
