Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Mobile On-site Calibration Engineer based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. You will undertake calibration and measurements on customer sites and in Trescal laboratories, spanning electrical, pressure, dimensional, torque and temperature domains.

The role requires maintaining traceable records, complying with QHSE requirements, and applying procedures and specifications. A technical qualification and knowledge of ISO 17025/ISO 9001 are essential, along with a strong

Qualifications

• Calibrations across multiple disciplines (electrical, pressure, dimensional, torque, temperature) in line with procedures.
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO9001 quality standards.
• Technical qualifications such as degree, HND, HNC, NVQ/BTEC.
• Maintaining traceable records of work, data and results in a compliant system.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on customer sites and in Trescal laboratories across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable records of all calibration activities and results.

Joining our team as a Mobile On-site Calibration Engineer, working from Harrogate North Yorkshire, you will undertake calibration and measurements on customer sites and in the Trescal laboratories. A successful candidate will perform calibrations within a multitude of disciplines covering electrical, pressure, dimensional, torque, and temperature domains to the correct procedures, instructions and specifications, whilst ensuring that mandatory and legislative QHSE aspects of work are implemented at all times. You will be expected to maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilising our management system.
