Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a CAFM & Contract Support Analyst to support the Syngenta Europe region. You will handle CAFM administration, data cleansing, and reporting to ensure compliant service delivery across sites in Europe.

You will provide first-line CAFM support, create reports, and assist in governance deliverables, working from Jealott’s Hill Campus several days per week. A strong background in CAFM and data management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; five years of related experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience with CAFM systems and data management is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support CAFM data management and data cleansing to ensure compliance and reporting quality.
• Provide first-line CAFM system support to Europe operations teams.
• Generate ad hoc reports for strategic initiatives and KPI tracking.
• Assist in data load requests and asset inventory integrity changes.
• Support sites across Europe region and contribute to KPI/SLAs improvements.
