Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a CAFM & Contract Support Analyst to join the Syngenta account team, supporting the Europe region from Jealott’s Hill Campus. The role focuses on data management within CAFM, asset data structures, and governance deliverables across contracts.

You will provide first-line CAFM support for Europe operations, generate ad hoc reports, and support site data integrity and compliance while contributing to KPI/SLAs and client satisfaction across the Mega

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance in the management of CAFM data across the system.
• Support sites on asset data structures to align with CBRE and Syngenta standards.
• Cleanse and enhance data in the CAFM system for improved compliance and reporting.
• Prepare data load requests for asset changes and scope variations.
• Provide first line CAFM system support for Europe operations teams.
