Tesco Cafes are looking for a Customer-Facing Team Member to join the team and help deliver friendly, fast service to customers. You will assist with cooking, serving and maintaining hygiene standards, while contributing to a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

In this lively role you will be part of a busy team, work flexibly, and support ongoing improvements in service delivery. A minimum of 18+ is required and opportunities for progression may be available.

• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.

Mansioni

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practice FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
• Assist with deliveries and safe storage of food.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook and serve food according to the menu.
• Maintain standards and ensure all items are available.
• Know the cafe menu and serve food as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform the Caf Manager.
