Tesco Café is hiring a Team Member to join our busy café team. You will be involved in cooking, serving customers, and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards while keeping equipment and areas clean.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping records.
• Rotate stock FIFO to keep food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook and serve food per the café menu.
• Ensure all food products are available and up to standard.
• Know the menu inside out and serve as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and relay to Café Manager.
• Stay updated with business communications and new initiatives.
• Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
