Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping records.
• Rotate stock FIFO to keep foods fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to menu.
• Ensure café standards and product availability.
• Know menu and serve accordingly.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
