Tea is brewing. Café doors are opening. The day is about to start, and so are our café team members. They’re the talented people making every day a little better for our customers. Now, you can join them.

Role Overview

As a Team Member in our café, you're part of everything - a bit of cooking, a bit of chatting with customers, and a lot of impact. You’ll ensure every dish you prepare and serve meets our menu standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you'll help keep the environment tidy, from kitchen equipment to customer tables.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
2. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping accurate records.
4. Practice FIFO stock rotation to ensure food freshness.
5. Accept deliveries and store food safely.
6. Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
7. Prepare, cook, and serve food as per our menu.
8. Ensure product availability and uphold our standards.
9. Know our menu thoroughly and serve accurately.
10. Handle customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
11. Stay informed about business updates and initiatives.
12. Clear and sanitize tables regularly.
