About the role

Tea is brewing. Café doors are opening. The day is about to start, and so are our café team members. They're the talented people making every day a little better for our customers. Now, you can join them.

As a Team Member in our café, you're involved in cooking, chatting with customers, and making an impact. You'll ensure that every dish you prepare and serve meets our menu standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you'll help keep the environment clean and tidy, from kitchen equipment to customer tables.

This lively role offers daily challenges and opportunities such as flexible working hours, progression prospects, and more.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly to new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). Responsibilities

• Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining records.
• Practicing FIFO stock rotation to ensure food freshness.
• Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
• Adhering to operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food as per the menu.
• Maintaining standards and ensuring food availability.
• Knowing the menu thoroughly and serving accurately.
• Handling customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
• Staying updated with business communications and initiatives.
• Clearing and sanitising tables to keep the café clean.
