Join Our Team as a Café Team Leader

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Team Leader to join one of our cafés, where a friendly, fast-paced environment awaits. Your passion for excellent customer service, collaborative spirit, and can-do attitude will help ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role, you will:

  1. Support the Manager in meeting business and financial goals.
  2. Coach, develop, and train team members.
  3. Lead by example with impeccable customer service.
  4. Maintain operational and safety standards.
  5. Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
  6. Oversee opening and closing procedures in the Manager’s absence.
  7. Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
  8. Learn and promote our menu offerings.
  9. Boost sales through effective team deployment.
  10. Deliver health and safety training.
  11. Support colleague coaching and development.
  12. Seek continuous improvement in customer service.
  13. Promote an inclusive environment where colleagues feel respected and valued.

**Minimum requirements:**

  • Experience in hospitality, with team/shift leadership experience.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and food safety regulations.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt.
  • Initiative to improve work processes.
