Benugo Cafe, located inside John Lewis in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor. The role covers day-to-day operations, ensuring top quality products and service, and leading the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will supervise and motivate staff, support the management team to grow sales, and uphold strict food safety standards. The position is full-time with a 5-days-out-of-7 pattern and a rate of £13.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage with outstanding customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring product and service are always of the highest standard.
• Supervise, manage and motivate the team to deliver quality guest experiences.
• Support management in working towards improving sales and service.
• Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained.
