Job summary

Benugo Cafe, located within John Lewis in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure product and service standards, and lead a friendly team across seven days.

Rate: £13.30 per hour. Contract: Full Time. Shifts: 5 days out of 7, including weekends. We offer benefits including free lunch on shift, beverages, staff discounts, life assurance and access to our wellbeing programmes.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Benugo Cafe, located within John Lewis in Norwich.

Our cafe is open seven days a week, offering freshly prepared food, deliscious cakes, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We Offer:

Rate: £13.30 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon - Fri/ Weekends

Contract: Full Time

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
