Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day running of the café and lead the team on your shift.
• Provide friendly, welcoming and professional service.
• Motivate, support and develop café team members.
• Ensure food and drinks are prepared and served to a high standard.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation.
• Manage cash handling and till procedures.
• Keep the café clean, organized and safe.
