Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a part-time Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations and develop a passionate team. You will ensure health, safety and compliance while supporting stock control and rota planning, delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving and a proactive approach to improve the department and drive revenue. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing catering roles.
• Supervisory skills including team oversight and rota planning.
• Knowledge of licensing laws and food hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hours: 15 hours per week on a rota-driven schedule.
• Support day-to-day catering operations and stock control.
• Lead the team, training, and guest service standards.
