We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Using the till, taking orders, and receiving payments
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cafe Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with team members and customers
• Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules in the staff handbook and unit policies regarding uniform, personal hygiene, health, and safety
• Be customer service focused
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Take pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
• Work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
