Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and team management..
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, maintaining product quality, and promptly resolving customer concerns or issues..
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of coffee enthusiasts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment..
• Implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth..
• Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and merchandise, placing orders as necessary to maintain product availability..
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment..
• Uphold the quality and consistency of coffee preparation, ensuring adherence to company standards and providing guidance to the team..

Requirements

• Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar management role..
• Proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques..
• Skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship..
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team..
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude..
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment..
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under the pressure..
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays..
