Job summary

Starbucks Nottingham Wilford Lane DT is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to guide baristas, maintain café standards, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience during your shifts.

You will open/close the store, lead shifts, manage cash, monitor beverage quality, restock inventory, and provide coaching to partners. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexible availability, including mornings, evenings,

• Lead shift briefings to communicate daily goals, priorities, promotions, and any operational updates.
• Uphold all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
