Qualifications

• Essential experience supervising a team in a fast-paced café/retail setting.
• Aged 18 or over due to key-holder responsibilities.
• Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures and staff workflow.
• Train new hires and coach baristas on drink prep, service, and POS operations.
