Bob & Berts Perth is seeking an Experienced Supervisor to lead the shift and grow your career. This full-time role requires early mornings and weekends, with pay up to £13.25 per hour.

You will oversee opening/closing, coach baristas, handle cash, manage stock, and ensure top service and product quality. A strong leader who can maintain standards and drive a friendly, efficient cafe environment will excel.

Formación

• At least 1–2 years in a fast-paced cafe/retail or restaurant environment with team supervision experience.
• Aged 18+ due to key-holder duties and cash handling responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures and ensure a secure, clean venue.
• Manage staff workflow and delegate tasks to optimize peak-hour service.
• Maintain beverage and food quality; resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Assist with stock checks and basic cash reconciliation; support merchandising and catering sales.
