ASDA Accrington is seeking a hands-on Café Manager to lead the café operation within the store. You will manage a catering and front-of-house team, drive customer service excellence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

You will be responsible for budgets, stock, and labour to hit targets while maintaining high standards of food safety and brand integrity. A strong, motivated leader is essential to grow sales and deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

Café Manager – ASDA Accrington

£29,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Accrington. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
