What's involved?

• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Celebrating success along the way.
• Inspiring your team to feel valued and involved in making the store the best it can be.
• Managing the store KPI report, Costa Check, and Listen and Learn; looking for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Owning the health and safety within the store.

A bit about us

Sim Trava was formed in 2005 by Simon and Tracy Vardy from the basement of their Altrincham home. Their first store opened that same year on October 17th in Northwich, Cheshire. The original plan was to open 5 stores in 5 years; however, that milestone was achieved much sooner. By 2010, we had 10 Costa Coffee stores in and around the Cheshire/Manchester area.
