We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager who has experience leading and developing a team in an operational and fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working as the Restaurant General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to operate your restaurant as if it were your own, focusing on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will foster a culture of excellence, cultivate and coach a highly efficient team that consistently provides a dependable and outstanding experience for customers, and drive business expansion. DUTIES

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the restaurant’s performance
• Coaching, training, and engaging your team to reach their potential
• Meeting KPIs to uphold the group’s standards
• Performing weekly administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Running the shop floor to high standards, ensuring excellent customer experiences

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the restaurant industry or management roles in supermarkets, pubs, retail, banks, or similar customer-facing sectors
