About you...

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of café operations and is up to date with current high street trends.
Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to work any 5 days out of the 7.
