We’re on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Manager to join our small team. This isn’t your average hospo job – we’re after someone who’s confident behind the machine, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys building connections with customers and coworkers alike.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Strong barista experience, with the skills to troubleshoot and maintain coffee equipment A friendly, down-to-earth approach – you enjoy a good chat and know how to make people feel welcome Solid experience in people management, stock control and reporting Flexibility to work weekends and across a rotating roster Kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential
