Job summary

Creative Gardens Donaghadee is seeking a kitchen assistant to support the head chef with food production, packaging and labelling for our Food Co. retail range and café service for lunch orders.

You will portion, pack, label ingredients and allergens accurately, perform quality checks, rotate stock and maintain clean, organised work areas. Responsibilities

• Assist head chef with food production
• Read customer orders and prepare for lunch service
• Portion and pack items; ensure correct labelling of ingredients, allergens and dates
• Quality check finished items
• Prepare products for retail crates
• Stock rotation and basic stock handling
• Dishwashing and cleaning duties
• Work in a fast-paced, physically active role
