Tesco Cafés is hiring for a Back of House team member who helps prepare food, keeps kitchens clean, and supports consistent quality across the menu. You’ll deliver great service while maintaining a tidy workspace and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practice FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook and serve food according to Tesco cafés standards.
• Ensure menus are followed and products are available.
• Know the café menu inside out and serve food as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
• Stay up to date with communications and new initiatives.
