Costa Coffee in the UK is looking for an assistant cafe manager to oversee all cafe operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and help deliver exceptional food experiences.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in a similar role, lead teams effectively, and demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver great food experiences.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between team and manager to exceed expectations.
• Motivate the team and keep everyone on task.
• Assist with inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Manage tills and process payments.
• Train and develop teams, lead from the front.
• Assist with paperwork as required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold the brand.
