Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager for Costa Coffee on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week. You will oversee kitchen and service operations, lead the team, manage inventories and budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service across the cafe.

The role features progression opportunities within a supportive, people-focused company that rewards initiative. Shift patterns are 5 days out of 7, with training and development on offer.
