We’re a family business through and through – family owned, family run, with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique (quirky even) and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small but all offer good food & drink, great beds and a ton of things to do.

About the role
At Highland Safaris we believe in offering traditional Scottish hospitality, which means from the minute customers step over the door they feel like they’re visiting close friends: and that welcome begins with you.
We are looking for a versatile, enthusiastic person to work between our award-winning Café and Shop, as well as supporting some outdoor activities at our Highland Safaris base.
Your job will be to provide friendly and efficient service to all customers and visitors alike. During your working day you will support the Café and Shop in all aspects of the operation, ensuring a warm welcome and outstanding customer service. You will help us keep Highland Safaris clean and cosy; take part in opening and closing procedures, handle money and card transactions, serve hot food and drinks, and deal with customers checking in for their activities.
What we need from you
Our aim is to make Highland Safaris a must stop for all, that’s where you come in. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this business, so your friendly, welcoming personality’s a given. Your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality, along with your genuine smile and desire to get it right for the customer, will impress us.
Asuccessfulcandidate must be motivated, organised and driven withan outstanding record in customer service. We are looking forateam player with initiative, attention to detail anda can-do attitude.
It’s great if you’ve got previous hospitality or customer service experience, but your attitude’s what will really count. You’ll be flexible as hours of work are variable to meet the needs of the business, which will include weekends.
