North Star in the UK is seeking a Cadet, Training & Competence Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team and help develop future maritime professionals while supporting workforce readiness across our offshore fleet.

You will coordinate learning activities, support cadet progression and help maintain training and competence frameworks, working with fleet and shore teams to ensure high standards and safe operations.

You'll coordinate learning and development activities, support cadet and trainee progression, and help maintain the training and competence frameworks that underpin workforce readiness across North Star. Working across fleet and shore operations, you'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to the future capability of our business.

What We’re Looking For

You may come from Learning & Development, HR, crewing, training coordination, workforce development or another operational support environment.

Experience within maritime, offshore, offshore wind, energy or another regulated operational environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
