Job summary

North Star is seeking a QHSSE Advisor to join our offshore operations team. You’ll work with vessel crews, operational leaders and technical specialists to strengthen safety, improve performance and ensure operational excellence across ERRVs, MRSVs and PSVs.

You’ll lead assurance activities, investigations and audits, champion a Just Culture, and build strong relationships with regulators and clients to keep people safe and operations efficient.

• Knowledge of maritime operations and relevant industry standards.
• Strong investigation and root cause analysis capability.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential role where you'll work alongside vessel crews, operational leaders and technical specialists to strengthen safety, improve performance and ensure operational excellence across our fleet of Emergency Response & Rescue Vessels (ERRVs), Multi Role Support Vessels (MRSVs) and Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs).

Who We're Looking For

You'll be someone who is naturally curious, comfortable asking difficult questions and passionate about improving how things are done.

You may come from a maritime, offshore energy, shipping, defence or other high-hazard operational environment, but what matters most is your ability to influence, engage and drive improvement.
