Job Title: In House Technician Drafts person in Construction

We are looking for a highly motivated CAD Technician to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be self-motivated, passionate about learning, capable of multitasking, and able to work effectively in a team environment. You will collaborate with experienced Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and preparing presentations, mood boards, and working drawings.
• Producing shop drawings.
• Creating schedules of finishes and other documentation.
• Providing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
• Issuing drawings for site, ensuring compliance with building regulations and client specifications.
• Ordering architectural materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Measuring sites for onsite application and ensuring accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Performing site surveys and creating existing drawings, elevations, and sections.
• Collaborating with the design and construction team for seamless project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of project timelines, expenses, and deliverables.

Requirements:
