  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project management.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems on site proactively.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • CSCS Gold card holder and valid certifications as required.
