Zusammenfassung

Stantec is seeking an experienced CAD GIS Technician to produce and coordinate high-quality drawings for ground investigation and assessment projects in the UK. You will work closely with geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineers, manage geospatial data, and maintain CAD standards and templates within ISO 19650 frameworks.

The role involves developing CAD/GIS workflows, supporting major infrastructure programs, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• HNC, HND or degree in CAD, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS or related discipline.
• Several years of experience and expert AutoCAD user with strong Civil 3D proficiency.
• Solid working knowledge of ISO 19650 and managed common data environments.
• Experience supporting geotechnical, engineering geology, geoenvironmental or ground investigation projects preferred.

Aufgaben

• Produce, manage and coordinate high-quality drawings for ground investigation and assessment deliverables.
• Create site layout plans, hole location plans, utility plans, and geological cross sections.
• Manage geospatial data, survey data, mapping datasets and utility records.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure CAD standard compliance and QA procedures.
• Contribute to CAD standards, templates and workflows and support multi-project discipline teams.
