Job summary

Stantec is seeking a CAD and GIS Technician to support the Ground Assessment team on major infrastructure projects in the UK. You will deliver and manage drawings such as site layout plans, hole location plans, and geological cross sections, while handling geospatial data and survey information to ensure high quality outputs.

You will contribute to CAD standards development, templates and workflows, and help manage multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Experienced AutoCAD user with strong Civil 3D skills.
• Solid understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• ISO 19650 familiarity and managed common data environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce, manage and coordinate high-quality drawings.
• Work with geotechnical engineers to support ground investigation deliverables.
• Maintain drawing registers and comply with CAD standards and ISO 19650.
