Job summary

Catering in Lancashire seeks a meticulous Document Controller / CAD Administrator to manage project documentation, create and amend CAD drawings, and support both office and site operations.

You will upload to ProjectWise, compile O&M manuals, and assist with programme creation in Excel, ensuring compliance with procedures. This role offers a pension, flexible working, private health, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Document Controller or CAD Administrator
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong MS Office, esp. Excel/Word/Outlook
• Experience with ProjectWise is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Create new CAD drawings and amend existing drawings as required
• Upload project documentation to ProjectWise
• Upload and maintain information on ARDR
• Type and compile test certificates
• Create and maintain project programmes using Microsoft Excel
• Produce and compile Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
• Ensure documentation is accurately maintained and stored in accordance with company procedures
• Support project teams with document management and reporting requirements
• Print and prepare labels for workshop and site requirements
