Using CAD, the successful Design Technician will be responsible for producing, checking, and processing accurate drawings and specifications, reviewing documentation such as specifications and survey reports, and liaising with clients and various departments within the business as appropriate.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Proven technical design experience gained from a construction or architectural environment
2. Basic CAD experience, with the ability to understand and interpret technical architectural drawings
3. An accurate, methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail
4. Flexible and adaptable, able to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines
5. A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
8. Accurate typing skills
