Job summary

Last Mile Asset Management Limited is seeking a hands-on CAD Administrator to join our growing team in the UK. You will help bring assets into the company, ensure asset records are accurate, registered correctly and stored in the required systems to the highest standards.

The role combines CAD work with technical administration duties, offering a valuable opportunity to learn CAD, develop professional skills, and support our multi-utility asset adoption and documentation processes across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administration experience.
• Fully proficient user of all Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Progress submissions and process information within agreed timescales, identifying missing data and resolving any gaps in line with service standards.
• Review and verify documentation and drawings supplied by utility network providers, enabling Completion Certificates to be issued as part of the asset adoption process.
• Create, update and manage clear and accurate multi utility as laid and as built asset record drawings in line with company standards and procedures.
• Support the management and maintenance of utility networks by organising asset records within the company document management system and relevant project folders.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service by meeting agreed service levels and providing accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out other duties appropriate to the role as reasonably requested by your manager.
