We are currently seeking a Cable Installation Manager for our ARK M&E division, typically managing High End Residential Projects with Shell & Core packages.

The role involves project management for a £70 million M&E residential development in London, comprising social and private housing, along with leisure and amenity buildings. The candidate will manage mechanical labour and subcontractors, order and track materials, produce technical submittals, and perform general management duties.

As a leading contractor, we are expanding across London, Manchester, and the Midlands with numerous projects into 2026.

Minimum requirements include:

• HV/ AP qualified LV/AP (training available)
• Good understanding of Earthing Systems
• Experience as a manager within a cable pulling business on large projects
• Proficiency in planning & control of cable gangs and jointers across all sites, including assisting with larger pulls
• Ability to review drawings and plan complex large-scale cable pulls
• SMSTS qualification and ability to produce RAMs for each installation
• Good communication skills
• Personable attitude
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to programme works with planners, engineers, and project managers
• Contacts/network of cable pullers and jointers (preferred)
• Willingness to travel between Midlands, London, and the South coast
• Ability to advise on LV panel procurement, ensuring adequate cable chambers/headers
• Experience working with Stage 3 designers to introduce ducting/trenches, mitigate containment, and facilitate early power for commissioning
• Ability to manage dead tests of cabling post-installation
• Proficiency with Fieldview and 4P (training available)
