The ideal candidate will oversee operations, ensure project delivery and maintain client relationships. Necessary qualifications include experience in cable installation and a NEBOSH or IOSH certification. Qualifications

• Experience in a senior operational role within cable installation, utilities, or power distribution.
• Strong leadership and managing client relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for Asset Replacement work.
• Lead and motivate a team across multiple projects.
• Act as main contact with Northern Powergrid and ensure compliance with HSQE policies.
