Place Recruitment is working with an established and growing manufacturer in Worthing to recruit an experienced Cable Assembly Technician to join their production team.

You will assemble specialist cables, wiring looms and electrical assemblies, solder and terminate cables, and follow detailed drawings to meet quality standards. The role is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive package and opportunities for IPC accreditation.

• Strong practical soldering and hand-assembly skills.
• Experience using hand tools for precision assembly work.

Aufgaben

Place Recruitment is working with an established and growing manufacturer in Worthing to recruit an experienced Cable Assembly Technician to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous cable assembly and soldering experience who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and enjoys working within a technical manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Cable Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of specialist cables, wiring looms and electrical products, working to detailed specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble specialist cables, wiring looms and electrical assemblies.


• Strip, crimp, solder and terminate cables accurately and consistently.


• Follow technical drawings, production specifications and detailed assembly instructions.


• Inspect completed work throughout the assembly process to ensure it meets required quality standards.

• Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
