Job summary
British Airways is seeking a Cabin Crew Support Manager to lead a high‑performing team responsible for delivering effective support, operational readiness and workforce insight across Cabin Crew. You’ll balance needs of people with operational priorities, using leadership, coaching and judgement to build capability and address performance challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing performance and giving feedback.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to turn workforce or operations data into insights.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI and Power Automate is valuable.
