British Airways is seeking a Cabin Crew Support Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering operational readiness and workforce insight across Cabin Crew. You will balance people needs with priorities, using coaching and judgement to build capability and address performance.

You will turn data into meaningful insights and practical action plans, partnering with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing performance including setting expectations and giving feedback.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams.
• Ability to interpret workforce and operational data into clear insights.
• Experience delivering improvements to processes and ways of working.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, with Power BI and Power Automate valued.
