Job summary

TUI AG in Manchester is seeking a Cabin Crew member for an onsite fixed-term, full-time role. You will deliver exceptional customer service with a sales through service mindset while prioritising safety and following all procedures.

You will communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues, adapting to a dynamic, 24/7 flight programme. Training in Safety, First Aid & Service will be provided, and you will work as part of a collaborative team, bringing enthusiasm, reliability and a flexible

• As Cabin Crew member, you'll deliver exceptional customer service with a 'sales through service' mind-set. As a 'maker of happy' customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
• Your priority is the safety of our customers, implementing all safety, first aid and service procedures and being disciplined to follow these. You'll always be looking for opportunities to grow and develop.

ABOUT (Y)OUR REQUIREMENTS

• You're 18 years of age on the first day of your new entrant course
• You're able to reach a height of 6ft.2" or 1.89 m, bare feet flat on the floor
• Able to perform all regulatory duties including being able to sit and fully fasten an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness
• You're able to swim at least 25 meters
• You're willing to undertake Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment
• You can understand, speak and write good English equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3
• Able to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and be able to report in uniform at home base in 90 minutes.
• Must hold a valid UK or Irish passport with 6 months validity and any necessary visas for travel.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo background security checks, where positive results are required and provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
